Mission Statement
The Business Advisory Council’s mission is to provide guidance, support, and expertise to enhance the educational experience and professional development of Neumann University's business students. We are committed to fostering a collaborative environment between industry professionals, faculty, and students, with the aim of equipping our students with the knowledge, skills, and ethical values necessary for successful careers in the business world.
Ryan Anastasiadis '16
Ryan Anastasiadis ‘16, is part of the Comcast Corporate Environmental Sustainability team responsible for government regulated emissions reporting. The Sustainability team leads multi-division efforts to quantify and improve carbon emissions & reporting in a changing regulatory environment.
Ryan is responsible for Scope 1 & 2 reporting across Comcast’s global footprint, as well as audit controls and data stewardship. The team is also responsible for materiality assessments, renewable energy reporting, and business stakeholder relations. Previously, Ryan has worked in Finance, Health Insurance, and Operations.
Ryan received his Accounting and Computer Information Management degrees from Neumann University and his master’s degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics from St. Joseph’s University.
Krista Arndt
Krista Arndt is the chief information security officer for United Musculoskeletal Partners, the nation's leading MSK management services organization. Arndt has 14 years of experience working in information security governance, risk management, process engineering, and project management in the financial and defense sectors. Arndt received her degree in biology from Felician University.
Bret Baker
Bret Baker is the Vice President, Client Leadership for Blend360, a professional services team that works with F1000 and large enterprise brands to solve big challenges by blending People and AI to deliver meaningful impact. Areas of expertise include pharmaceutical and telecom marketing.
Prior to this Bret worked in various analytical roles, helping companies with marketing and human capital issues. Bret started his career as an actuary after attending Penn State and majoring in math, then completing his MBA at Villanova University.
Robert M. Barbacane
Robert Barbacane is the founder of Barbacane, Thornton & Co LLP. He graduated from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. Rob has experience in accounting and auditing as well as tax and advisory services to a variety of commercial industries, nonprofit and government entities. Rob is a member of the American Institute of CPA's the Pennsylvania institute of CPA's and the Delaware Society of CPA's. He is past president of the Delaware County chapter of the National Association of accountants and serves on the political action and legislative committee of the Pennsylvania institute of CPA's he's an active member of the community he serves on as the board of directors of Crozer keystone health System and chairman of the audit committee. He also serves as the president of Goodwill Industries of Delaware and Delaware County.
Lothar E. S. Budike, Sr.
Lothar E.S. Budike, Sr., P.E. is President & CEO of A-Valley Engineers, Inc (AVE.) AVE has been providing world-class engineering services to clients throughout North America and around the world since 1964.
Through this association, A Valley Engineering has developed a unique capability to provide project management and multidisciplinary engineering consulting services to government and industry. It is known for its management expertise, technical excellence and innovative marine solutions.
Attilio (Al) Del Fra
Al Del Fra is currently a Senior Treasury consultant with F.E. DiBacco, Inc., (FED). The firm offers specialized, in-depth, and incisive analysis of corporate depository relationships and identifies opportunities to reduce bank fees.
Al has worked in the banking industry for 51 years, the last ten years spent with Citizens Bank and Bank of America. As a Senior Global Treasury consultant and Senior Vice President while in the banking industry, Al has won numerous awards for achieving annual sales and portfolio goals while building trustworthy relationships with his banking clients. Al supported several markets as a Global Treasury consultant which included the Healthcare Industry, Financial Institutions, Middle Market clients, Large and Foreign-owned corporate clients.
Al was president of the Philadelphia Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) for two years and served on the Board in many capacities including Chairperson for three years for the annual Treasury Initiatives conference.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, and Magnum Cum Laude graduate of Saint Bernard College, Al also did graduate work at Widener University. Al was an Adjunct Professor at Neumann University, and current member of the Neumann University Business Advisory Council.
A 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, Al does volunteer work for SS. Philip & James parish in Exton, PA, and St. Agnes parish, West Chester, PA.

Dennis Donovan
Dennis Donovan is a retired Managing Director of Marsh Inc. where he led the Company’s Sports & Entertainment Center of Excellence. Marsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor. Dennis is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he majored in Economics and earned his MBA from Drexel University
Stephanie L. Ellis '04
Stephanie Ellis is the practice manager of Providence ENT. Stephanie has been in the healthcare field since 2004 where she has served in many roles specifically in the Patient Access/Management department within Revenue Cycle.
Stephanie completed her undergraduate Neumann University in 2004 her Master's of Science in Business Administration from Wilmington University in 2015. She currently serves as vice president of the Penn Delco School District Board and director of local recreational field hockey team.
Anthony P. Grassia Jr.
Anthony P. Grassia Jr. is the Vice President of Production Management, Event Staging at IMS Technology Services, Inc. in Garnet Valley PA.
IMS specializes in delivering presentation, live event technology, collaboration and unified communication technologies that drive ROI and enhance communications to meet the goals of the organizations we serve. We believe individual approach with each, and every client fosters long-term relationships while providing high impact events that customers and participants will remember.
Anthony has produced events worldwide for various corporate and private clients including the Pope and various past and present United States Presidents, but his most memorable event is still the, 1st ever, Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl Parade in 2018.
Anthony obtained his bachelor’s degree from Cabrini University in Communications/English in ’03.

Bryan Johnson
Bryan Allen Johnson, Vice President of Information Technology/ CISO at Medical Guardian, brings a wealth of experience in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management. Bryan has more than 25 years of experience in IT with a strong track record in leading high-performing teams to meet and exceed challenging IT objectives.
Mark Keppler
Mark Keppler is the director of Advisory Services for SEVN-X, LLC, Philadelphia's most trusted information security partner, specializing in “Fractional CISO” and CISO Advisory Services, security strategy, security program assessments, and program development.
Keppler has twenty plus years of Cybersecurity and IT Audit experience and holds certifications including Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). Mark has deep experience in PCI DSS Payment Card Industry, Security Program Development, ISO27001, HIPAA, NIST CSF, NIST 800-171, and IT / Security Governance.
Paul Klocke
Paul Klocke is the owner of the Paul Klocke Studio of Dance in Aston, Pennsylvania. Klocke grew up in Buffalo, New York where he began his dance training at the American Academy of Ballet under Maris Battaglia. Upon graduating high school, he moved to New York City to continue his training at the Dance Theatre of Harlem under the direction of Karel Shook and Arthur Mitchell. He later joined the Pennsylvania Ballet Company in 1974 and toured and performed with them until 1980. Consequent to his time with the Pennsylvania Ballet, he taught within the Tri-State Area for years prior to opening his own school in 1987. His continued passion for teaching dance stems from a love of nurturing young people and building confidence through dance.
Gretchen McDougal
Gretchen McDougal serves as the senior business development relationship advisor for Sun East Federal Credit Union where she provides financial education and support for members with attaining their financial wellness.
McDougal has worked with PNC Bank, Cogency Global, and the CT Corporation in both financial and administrative roles leading to awards in customer service, and leadership. She is a graduate of West Chester University.
Mike McKeown
Mike McKeown has a 30+ year career of marketing and selling technology goods and services to Fortune 500 clients and beyond. He is currently an Account Executive at SEVN-X, LLC., an information security consulting firm.
McKeown has a keen knowledge of what it takes to sell and market services to the corporate prospect, utilizing a mix of old school and new tech approaches. He is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University.
David Menichello
David Menichello is the Partner & Director for Security Product Management for Netrix Global, an award-winning cybersecurity and IT solutions provider that designs, delivers, and supports enterprise infrastructures. David has nearly 25 years of experience spanning roles in Information Security, IT, Risk, and Audit. He has held senior leadership positions at Fortune 500 financial software and services companies, with extensive global experience in capital markets, banking, insurance, broker-dealers, and payment technologies. David developed information security and technology risk programs for several companies. He has also built and led high-performing global information security teams. Because much of his work experience was spent in two demanding, regulated industries (financial services and pharmaceuticals), David has an appreciation for the operational and compliance challenges that many of his clients’ face.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from James Madison University in Virginia and an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also studied at the European Business School in Germany. He holds the CISSP and CRISC certifications.
Marty Nebel
Marty Nebel is the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer for Essent Guaranty, a private mortgage insurer headquartered in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Nebel manages IT Program Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and Information Security, DR/BCP. Nebel is a graduate of Dickinson College.
Randy Printz '09
Randy Printz has been with TD Bank since 2007 and has held several positions within both the retail and commercial bank including: customer service representative, assistant store manager, store manager and small business lender. He is currently a vice president within the small business lending department of the Delaware/Chester County region. He has a Bachelor of Science from Neumann University.
Luisa Ramondo
Luisa Ramondo serves as a Senior Business Strategist & Global Real Estate Advisor for Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Ramondo has a wealth of experience in real estate having worked for such companies as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach and Re/Max. Ramondo received a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor of Information Systems from f Thomas Jefferson University. She is also the author of Author of Beyond the Cobblestones, a young adult, historical fiction novel and winner of the: New York Book Festival Award in the General Fiction and Young Adult Categories; the Hollywood Book Award in the Young Adult Category, and the winner of the Mom’s Choice Award.
Chad A. Rolston '01
Chad Rolston is the manager of Real Estate Insights at Wawa, Inc. and has worked there since 2000. Chad has held prior roles in Information Technology implementing solutions for various departments across the organization and since 2015 has worked in Real Estate leading a team to support Wawa’s continue growth in new and existing markets. Rolston earned a BS in Computer Information Management and an MBA from St. Joseph’s University
Maria Y. Rolston '01, '04
Maria Rolston is Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU). She began her career at FMFCU in 2006. In her current role, she oversees the development of vision, strategy, goals and plans for the Talent Management, Marketing, Facilities, Physical Security, Corporate Social Responsibility, Information Technology and Information Security areas. She serves as FMFCU Foundation’s Board as Vice President and development chair. She is SHRM Senior certified (SHRM-SCP), certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Rolston earned a BS in Business, BS in Computer Information Systems and an MS in Education from Neumann University.
Michael Simpson
Michael Simpson is presently the managing partner of Brinker Simpson Certified Public Accountants & Advisors. Brinker specializes in business consulting and tax work for start-up and established businesses individual tax preparation and preparation of business valuations for small closely held corporations and partnerships. Brinker holds an accounting degree from Lasalle University.
Theresa A. Taggart
Theresa Taggart has lived in Delaware County for her entire life. She studied Computer Information Systems at Neumann University while establishing a longtime career at Sun East Federal Credit Union. Theresa started her career at Sun East in 1985 and focused on Information Technology support. She assumed progressively responsible positions over the years and eventually advanced to the position of Vice President of Information Technology. About five years ago, she transferred to the field of Project Management and now holds the position of Vice President, Project and Program Management, where she oversees all credit union projects including their Vendor Management and Business Continuity planning programs.
Brendan J. Walsh
Brendan Walsh, member of the Business Advisory Council since inception, has served as Vice President and Controller or Vice President and Treasurer during his professional careers at Alco Standard Corporation, CoreStates Financial Corp and Monsey Products Company. He received his account degree from Iona College and an MBA in Finance from University of Chicago.
