This free college tuition education for eligible Pennsylvania students ensures that talented students from across the state can achieve their academic and career goals without financial barriers. At Neumann, we believe in supporting every student’s potential, empowering them to make a meaningful impact on the world.
Requirements for Eligibility
- Available to incoming domestic first-year students starting in Fall 2025 who reside in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Students must be Pell-eligible (requires submitting the FAFSA to determine financial aid eligibility)
- Students must be eligible for the Pennsylvania State Grant
- A minimum cumulative high school GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale is required
- Apply for admission and list Neumann University on the FAFSA by April 1, 2025
- Students must live on campus to qualify and maintain eligibility for free college tuition
- Enrollment as a full-time student is required to remain eligible
- 100% of full-time tuition is covered through federal, state, and Neumann scholarships and grants
- 3+1 or 4+1 degree programs are eligible only for the fall and spring semesters of the undergraduate years
- Private scholarships, loans, or non-federal and non-state grants can be applied to other expenses beyond tuition, unless restricted by the scholarship provider
- Students can receive this tuition benefit for up to eight semesters (summer terms not included)
