Greccio

Neumann University joyfully commemorates the Greccio Living Nativity, an event lovingly named after our Franciscan Tradition. One a winter night in 1223, St. Francis reenacted the manger scene within a cave nestled in the hills of Greccio, Italy, to honor the miraculous birth of Christ. Greccio has become a cherished and enduring tradition at Neumann University.
