Dining Services

Neumann University’s Dining Services program offers a vibrant and diverse culinary experience to satisfy every palate. At the heart of the program is the Bruder Dining Hall, featuring a variety of fresh, made-to-order stations, including comfort foods, international cuisine, and a dedicated Simple Zone for allergen-safe meal preparation. The Knights Cafe provides a cozy atmosphere perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely meal with friends. For coffee enthusiasts, the Ocean City Coffee Company kiosk in the Bachmann Main Building Lobby serves premium coffee and delicious snacks to energize you throughout the day. Neumann University’s Dining Services is committed to quality and variety and ensures that every meal is a delightful experience!
