Emily D’Amico, a sophomore criminal justice major from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, was interested in Neumann University’s study abroad program from the moment she first learned of the program. Next year, she plans to spend a semester in Rome, Italy.
“Neumann has exactly what I wanted with the study abroad program. Scott Keller (the study abroad advisor) is amazing” she said.
After graduating from Neumann, D’Amico hopes to land a job with the FBI. She feels that she is gaining invaluable experiences from her Neumann professors who have worked in the criminal justice field.
“The criminal justice program is really, really good. It’s definitely more hands on. My teachers all know me and they are willing to help. I feel like I’m learning for my future and what I want to be,” said D’Amico.
