Scholarships, quality programs, athletics, and Catholicism were some of the many reasons freshman Al Crofoot decided to attend Neumann. “One of my best friends visited the school and really liked it. I received an academic scholarship that helped with the cost, and there are club level and Division III hockey teams.”
One semester into his freshman year, Crofoot in learning a lot, “The teachers are great and the John C. Ford Academic Resource Center makes the transition from high school to college easier. I feel like that is one aspect that makes Neumann unique.”
He chose sport management as a way to combine business and his love for sports. “I love watching and playing sports and I would like to be a part of that industry. I had heard of Neumann’s sport management program and I feel that it will prepare me for a successful future.”
Crofoot sees himself in the front office of a sports franchise someday. “I would tell students interested in the sport management program if you love sports and could see yourself working in them to choose Neumann.”
