Undergraduate Application

Please read through and follow the instructions for application that pertains to you.

Adult/Evening and Adult Online Programs
(Must be 21 years of age or older for most programs; 19 years of age or older for Public Safety Administration)

Please arrange to have the following submitted to the Office of Admissions:

  1. Complete online application form.
  2. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Must be in a sealed envelope with the college registrar's signature across the seal.

Professional Studies Degree Program
(must have minimum one-year college and/or 30 credits)

Please arrange to have the following submitted to the Office of Admissions:

  1. Complete online application form.
  2. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. Must be in a sealed envelope with the college registrar's signature across the seal.
  3. Must have completed at least one year of college or completed thirty (30) credit hours which must include English Composition I and II.

Public Safety Administration Degree Program
(must be 19 years of age or older )

Please arrange to have the following submitted to the Office of Admissions:

  1. Complete online application form.
  2. Have either at least sixty (60) transferable hours (consisting of prior coursework, documented prior learning, or police/fire/EMS training); OR have completed a state or municipal police academy, firefighter academy, or EMS program

International Applicants
(non U.S. citizens)

Please arrange to have the following submitted to the Office of Admissions. The Office of Admissions must be in receipt of all of the required documentation no less than two months prior to the start of classes.

  1. Complete online application form.
  2. Signed Release Statement (page 4 of 4 of Online Application) - Must be mailed or faxed.
  3. World Education Service evaluation (course by course) of all academic work completed outside of the United States. (http://www.wes.org)
  4. Affidavit of support (Form I-134).
  5. TOEFL, if English is not your first language.
  6. Official SAT or ACT scores for those with English proficiency.
  7. Proof of medical insurance.
  8. Copy of current visa if an I-20 is not needed.
