Maria Y. Rolston ’01,’04 was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Employee Development at Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union (FMFCU).
A double graduate of Neumann University, Rolston holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Management and a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership. Rolston also has certifications in adult learning techniques and Pennsylvania certification in elementary education and business computer information technology.
“Employee training and development are critical components to the Credit Union’s success. Maria’s experience in education and training makes her a valuable resource. The contributions she made to FMFCU’s training program thus far have been significant. She is doing a tremendous job helping employees develop their knowledge, skills, and abilities. She brings a high level of expertise and a special skill set to the Credit Union,” says John D. Unangst, FMFCU President/CEO.
In her new role, Rolston will focus on enhancing FMFCU’s employee and management development programs. She also will expand the Credit Union’s electronic learning (e-learning) program, which will enable employees to complete continuing education courses online through webinars.

The Credit Union is a very service orientated organization that has always placed a great emphasis on education internally, as well as externally. I look forward to expanding our education programs so that we may continue to grow and service our members,” says Rolston.
