Neumann to Offer Post Baccalaureate Program in Coaching

Neumann University has partnered with Habit Change Company to offer a course in professional coaching, beginning March 8. The course will utilize a values based approach to coaching to help people and organizations achieve their maximum potential.

 

“Becoming the Coach: Developing the Coach Within” is an open enrollment, skill development program that utilizes experientially based teaching and learning models consistent with programs for adult learners at Neumann. Components of the class will include mindfulness and eight integrated habit areas including personal life planning, personal values, defining coaching, personal ethics, overcoming psychological barriers, self-management, and branding as a coach.
