The Neumann Knights Roller Hockey Club enjoyed the Califonia sun as they competed for a national championship in San Jose. The Knights defeated Kennesaw State University 9-5 in their opening game and went on to defeat Cal-Berkeley 6-2 and Grand Valley State University 6-5 on April 8th. They continued their winning ways with a 3-1 victory over Cal State Chico on April 9th. They lost a heartbreaker by a score of 5-4 in overtime against the University of Tampa in the National Quarterfinals on April 10th. The team and coaching staff appreciated all the thoughts and prayers from everyone as they finished a fantastic season. Thanks for your support!
The NCRHA is the nationally recognized governing body of collegiate level roller hockey in the United States. Organized into seven regions, over 190 teams represent 140 colleges and universities at the club sports level. The NCRHA is sanctioned by USA Hockey who will be present at the event providing operational support and guidance. The Knights' NCRHA web page can be found HERE.
